In order to prevent future issues we need to change some of the underlying virtual hardware for the server grp33.myukcloud.com & grp25.myukcloud.com.
As part of this change the Cloud Servers will have to be rebooted, during this time email will be queued at the origin server and pages with third party caching setup will continue to operate.
Any websites being served directly and any backend/administration pages will not operate for a period during this window.

EXPECTED IMPACT We expect the Cloud Server to be offline for around 15 minutes during the above window, however a full file system check will be required and it is difficult to predict now long this will take.
As always we will do all we can to reduce impact or disruption to services.
