As part of continued improvements to service, we are changing the secondary IP address used by customers operating their own registered nameservers.
All customers utilising the old IP address for their secondary nameserver have been contacted directly via email.
Registered nameservers must be updated to the NEW IP address shown below, before 2024-07-02. After this date, the old nameserver IP address will be withdrawn and cease to operate.
Old IP address: 217.146.99.99
New IP address: 31.24.110.249
Both your nameserver registration must be updated (at your domain name registrar) and the A record in the DNS zone for your nameserver.
Please make the changes as soon as possible. The action of applying these changes will not affect your service availability.
