This is an advanced notice for a period of maintenance by Acronis who are the supplier of the data backup service we provide to you.
Acronis are performing a datacentre migration and upgrade programme and as part of this they have scheduled a migration for the management/platform layer of the product. This allows for improved datacentre and network performance.
During the maintenance window below, the following will be unavailable:
The window provided is set at 12 hours, however we would always allow some extra time incase of any unforeseen incidents.

EXPECTED IMPACT
Backup and restore operations will not be scheduled or available for an expected 12 hours during the maintenance window.
We recommend if you are making any changes during this window that you take your own backup (our support team can assist with this) incase a restore is needed.
Our apologies to customers affected by these planned works, please be assured they are essential. Acronis will, where possible, work to minimise service impact duration.
